Mr. MacDougall is an Economics graduate of the University of British Columbia has over 30 years of experience in the investment banking and finance industry. He was a former investment advisor at Canaccord Capital Corp. and was involved in numerous significant financings in Canada and abroad for a wide range of companies. His experience includes extensive exposure to precious and base metal projects throughout North and South America. He has been Chairman of the Board since 2016.

Art brings 36 years of business experience to Kingman's board. He has served on the boards of eight other companies in sectors ranging from technology to oil & gas and mineral exploration. Mr. Brown has substantial knowledge and experience in corporate structure and development, financings and venture capital.

A chartered accountant, Cyrus was founding partner in the firm of Driver Anderson since its inception in 1982 and a retired partner in the firm of Davidson and Company LLP. Whilst providing general public accounting services to a wide range of clients, he specializes in servicing TSX Venture listed companies and members of the brokerage community. His wide knowledge of the securities industry and its rules have enabled him to give valuable advice to clients with respect to finance, taxation and other accounting related matters. Cyrus currently serves as director and or chief financial officer of several TSX-V listed companies.

Dr. Born is a registered and professional geologist with the Association of Professional Geo Scientists of Ontario and is a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. He brings over 30 years of exploration/mining experience to the Company including project evaluation/feasibility studies for senior and junior companies in Canada. This includes several years of uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan and the Thelon Basin of the Northwest Territories, Canada. He worked previously as senior geologist with Western Mining Corporation (WMC) as well as a consultant/senior geologist, modeling the Aquarius ore body with Echo Bay Mines Ltd. He is currently working with RPS Energy Canada Ltd. on natural gas plays related to high temperature dolomites and sedimentary zinc deposits (MVT) within the Appalachian Basin (USA). Dr. Born holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences with expertise in Precambrian Sedimentary Geology, Basin Analysis, Sedimentology, Stratigraphy and Sedimentary Ore Deposits.
